Description

Manages daily accounting operations, supervises an accounting team, and ensures financial accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and providing financial analysis. This role also involves developing staff, improving processes, and acting as a liaison with other departments to support financial goals.



Key responsibilities

Supervise staff: Oversee the work of accountants and support staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and training new hires.
Manage daily operations: Ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets.
